Case Management

Our Case Managers work with each Homeboy and Homegirl to create a personal plan to ensure that they receive appropriate services.

Clients who work in our offices often have the most challenges to getting on their feet, and/or recently released. By meeting regularly with Case Managers, we are able to design short-and long-term plans for our clients, closely monitor progress, and ensure they are receiving the services they need.
